Tulsa Research Partners invites you to register, attend, and submit a contributed talk or a poster for the Second Tulsa Citywide Research Day. Attendance is free.

ATTENDEE INFORMATION:

Check-in for the morning and afternoon sessions will be located at the Thomas K. McKeon Center for Creativity (C4C) at the Metro Campus of Tulsa Community College, at 910 S. Boston Avenue in downtown Tulsa.

A map of the TCC Metro Campus is available here http://www.tulsacc.edu/campuses-and-centers/metro-campus/campus-map. Free parking for attendees is available in any blue-lined TCC parking lot. We suggest lots 1 and 6.

Check-in is located at the C4C (numbered 4 on the map). Please enter from the east side of the C4C to pick up your name badge and agenda.

Lunch and the poster session will be located in the Commons in the Student Union building, accessed from the northwest corner of the Main Academic Building directly across Boston Avenue from the C4C. Signs will be posted in the hallways directing attendees to the Commons, and event staff will be available during the transition to lunch.

Free continental breakfast will be served for all attendees starting at 8:30 am, with research day programming beginning at 9:00 am. View detailed agenda here.

ABOUT:

Citywide Research Day is a free, daylong conference for Oklahoma academic researchers to share their work with others in the Tulsa community. This year’s theme is STEMulating Connections, highlighting work in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math and tying into the recently launched Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance (TRSA).

Tulsa Research Partners is a collaboration of The University of Oklahoma-Tulsa, The University of Tulsa, Tulsa Community College, both Tulsa Campuses of Oklahoma State University (OSU-CHS and OSU-Tulsa) and the Oklahoma Innovation Institute.
